Very disappointed in the five bags that I bought for the holiday season the caramel was so hard. They did not even taste right

The caramel is very hard and does not taste right
About 5 bags and they are all just like very disappointing. My whole family has been Twix fans our entire life and have never experienced anything like this so I would like for your company to please make it right

All the ingredients seem halal, but I'm not sure if your manufacturer adds something else in it. So, please tell if it is halal.
