Yesterday & today

I placed an add few days back for 1 day & for 50$ & you are charging me 100$, why??

I placed again an ad after that, i got few impressions only, also for 50$ & you are charging me 50$ but you bearly promote it for me,

you did not promote it & you want me to pay the 50$

This is not right, i want to talk to a real person about that

I'm writing because I recently got charged $100 from a campaign on Twitter which i thought i was getting paid but found out it was the other way around didn't know i was getting charged to promote my beats i made i got a text from my back declined transactions from twitter i got a call from my bank and told me to contact twitter customer service provider i called 6 times but it kept saying all services are busy call back later I'm kinda *** rn I'm stuck at work and all I want is just my refund back
