Total rip off. I have a tree with no control.
To turn it on, I have to plug it in; to turn it off, I have to pull the plug out of the wall socket. Once on, the lights cycle through preset programs.

I need to get in touch with customer support. Twinkly's only option is to email them... I have emailed them twice, weeks between and I have heard nothing!
