I have now retired nd am trying to terminate my membership

I am retiring and no longer require twinkl. I have tried to ring them but no answer on the phone not sure how to contact them I need a direct telephone number.

As you will see from your records I have been dedicated user of Twinkl over the years; either through my personal email sandra_smith321@***.com or work email ssmith@***.org.
In July 2022, I retired as a teacher so no longer required Twinkl.
When I renewed my subscription last year, I did not tick the automatic renewal facility.
I see on19th January 2023 you took £74.88 from my bank account. I no longer require Twinkl so would appreciate this amount credited back to my account.

These guys like to commit fraud, they drag out a process that should be done in a day. I been contacting them about a fraudulent charge and they dragged it out I just got tired and contacted my bank.
