Trying to cancel membership
Hi
I have now retired nd am trying to terminate my membership
Have tried on the website but it does not confirm cancellation..Can you help

Renewed membership overcharged
I renewed and membership and upgraded it, it should have been £107 annual cost, nearly £500 has been taken from my bank account. trying to call, apparently 3 minute wait time-been on for over 20, nothing.

Resolved: Cannot unsubscribe as you need an account to do so. I never opened an account!!!!!
Email spam everyday. Cannot unsubscribe as convoluted process.
A menace to society and a disgrace to other legitimate educational sites who offer a service but can easily unsubscribe from

Amazon's new system of customer service also is trash they will never help you

Cancel membership
I am retiring and no longer require twinkl. I have tried to ring them but no answer on the phone not sure how to contact them I need a direct telephone number.

Closure of my Twinkl Account
Dear Twinkl,
As you will see from your records I have been dedicated user of Twinkl over the years; either through my personal email sandra_smith321@***.com or work email ssmith@***.org.
In July 2022, I retired as a teacher so no longer required Twinkl.
When I renewed my subscription last year, I did not tick the automatic renewal facility.
I see on19th January 2023 you took £74.88 from my bank account. I no longer require Twinkl so would appreciate this amount credited back to my account.

These guys like to commit fraud.
These guys like to commit fraud, they drag out a process that should be done in a day. I been contacting them about a fraudulent charge and they dragged it out I just got tired and contacted my bank.

It was so supportive
I was trying to get some resources and I could not find what I wanted so I sent them an email, they gave me the link for the topic and even gave me a list of related resources and topics to browse, so quick and helpful.
