I called today to book a site for 2022 for a family reunion. My family has reserved in the past without issues. The woman I spoke to treated me with a rude tone right off the bat. She refused to allow me to book without actual reasoning and treated me with disrespect. My Father proceeded to call and attempt to book and was met with the same tone and further disrespect without even knowing that we are connected. This woman claimed to be the owner when my Father asked to speak to someone above her. She refused to transfer him to someone else and called him an idiot. We will never again attempt to book this campground and I would strongly suggest others not to unless youd like to be treated poorly and met with complete disrespect.
User's recommendation: I Would strongly suggest to choose a different campground.
