I purchase a 10k followers for my instagram for $69.99 and it says there that its paid but my order has been processing and became failed. I want to cancel my order and refund my money.

This company 'apparently' sells followers to jump-start your new account. All of the followers are robots, fake accounts; the followers they sell are following hundreds of people but have zero followers themselves.
Anyone who knows anything about Instagram will know they are fake and paid-for (not okay). I tried calling their customer service number, and it was a whole other company; my email to their customer service team was returned as blocked.
I can't reach them. I tried the chat feature, but of course, it's a bot and only asks what you would like to buy; it doesn't understand anything else.

Preferred solution: The fake followers taken off of my account so I do not have to delete 1000 Individual fake accounts. I want them replaced with REAL followers, or at LEAST followers that have a high number of followers.
