Has my order been received or shipped?
Paid for 2- items( in stock , 2-weeks ago, no shipping info, tracking info, even though website clearly stated items would be shipped & received before Christmas! Unacceptable, website not very good, order number is ridiculous, no customer service phone number? Pay Pal will be hearing from me tomorrow, if I dont get this resolved today

I ordered a sweat shirt for my granddaughter for her birthday on 10/05/19 but still haven’t gotten it. There’s no phone number for me to call and no one responds to emails. Resolved
