Frauds

Everytime I placed an order they ask to sign a waiver because they are selling inferior sample units which aren't actually full color 4k screens. The first time I did this, they tried to sell me a different TV.

I spoke to their horrible customer service rep (who I perceived to be the owner) that they should note this in their ads and went nuts saying "OH IM SO SORRY" in a mocking tone. I told him he wouldnt be getting my business and hung up.

Avoid this horrible bait and switch fraud.

I cancelled my Order on Tvsdailydeals because they withdrawn from my account more than I expected.

I got my money back from my BANk. Then the Tvsdailydeals, told my BAnk I they delivered the TV and I signed for it.

That was not true , they FORGED my signature and they said I signed the delivered. On the day they said the TV was delivered I could PROVE I was not at home.

I will SUE this company for Forged my signature and sent to my BAnk false documents.

Bait and Switch tvsdailydeals.com

Ordered a tv for too good to be true price. They offered original tv for higher price instead.

I asked for only what I ordered. They said it is back ordered and will contact me when they are ready to ship to me. Could be 1,2or3 weeks.

Looks like to me as a waste of time and big risk for a 85 inch Sony TV for $1999.

I will wait and see what these guys do to my order in the next week or two.

I would like to give them a run around and push them to give me the TV for advertised price. They would most likely cancel my order because they can't give that TV to me for 2 grand.

Bait and Switch

Like many people who have reviewed this awful retailer, I was duped. I was searching for a tv on google and saw that tvdailydeals had the lowest price.

I purchased the tv online and received a call later on in the day from tvdailydeals saying that the one I ordered only had 8 bit availability and that the screen was junk. For only a couple hundred more, I could get a better tv with 10 bit and a screen from Mexico. The only problem? The tv I originally wanted was NOT 8 bit, it was 10.

Couldn't get them on the phone to explain that I wanted to cancel the order.

BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY. These guys are pathetic.

Tvdailydeals.com Bait & Switch Scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I ordered a LG C7 Series OLED55C7P - 55" OLED Smart 4K UltraHD TV from tvdailydeals.com, but it was all a bait-&-switch scam.

Worse yet, the review service pops up automatically so that I gave it a 5-star review because at that point the price looked to be the best and the ordering process was easy. That's how the site gets mostly all 5-star reviews. Anthony says that the TV that I ordered has an 8-bit panel made in Asia that can only produce thousands of colors whereas the TV that you can buy at Amazon, Best Buy, etc has a 10 bit panel made in-house in Mexico that has millions of colors. So, he offered to sell me the upgraded model (like I can buy anywhere else) for the special Black Friday price since I ordered on that day.

That price was $100 less than Amazon's current price, but it was still a $400 up-sale and $200 more than I could've bought the TV for on Black Friday at Amazon. In other words, it was all a bait-&-switch scam.

Now I wasted my opportunity to buy the real TV that I wanted at the Black Friday prices that were available then. I wouldn't ever recommend or buy from tvdailydeals.com again

Company is a rip off!! tell you item is in stock and will ship in 1 to 2 days, then back order and give you a line of BS trying to up sell you into a more expensive model.

Waited 5 weeks called them and guy was an *** told me to cancel TV was never coming but still shows in stock on web page. TOTAL SCAM

They did allow me to cancel my order without giving me any hassle. In that sense, they stay above the law. They're legal even if they're not ethical.

I have Samsung UHD TV on order. I wish I could have seen your review before ordering.

My order is in process but did not get any calls for bait and switch. I hope the order shows up as expected. Is there anything you can do to cancel the order? No one picks up the phone and customer service is "Hold please".

Last time i waited for an hour before anyone pickup the phone. I will update the post once I have update on the order.

TV Company (tvsdailydeals.com) pulling a bait and switch!!!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I ordered an LG Oled E7 tv on their website. They called and said screens were made in different countries and I ordered the "lower quality" tv!

Needed to "switch" to the better version for more money! I had already spoken to LG because I wanted an extended warranty and knew this was just a bait and switch scam by tvsdailydeals.com. I explained to 3 different phone representatives that I wanted exactly what I ordered and not a lesser quality. We intend to take consumer legal action against these people!

I was put on hold for over an hour when I tried to confirm my order and get a shipping date.

Every person that I spoke to on the phone was trying to switch my order to a higher price and never would confirm a shipping date. Do not order from here and I will follow up with our final legal solution.

Complete ripoff!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Wanted to order two LG OLED TVs and found a great price on this website, tvsdailydeals.com. Did a Google search for info about the site and found nothing negative; so I entered my credit card info and immediately got a “confirmation” email of my “purchase”.

However, the confirmation had me worried. My mailing address had US after the street address, and after my town’s name...not typical with domestic mailers, but sometimes seen from foreign mailings. That was clue 1. Clue 2, and much more worrisome was that the CCV of my credit card (the 3 or 4 digit code on the back of your card) was shown on the email.

THAT IS THE PIECE OF INFORMATION THAT IS NEVER, NEVER SHARED!!! I immediately tried to call the customer service phone number for the website, but only got a recording that sounded decidedly off shore. I then called my CC company and the fraud investigator I spoke with recommended that I obtain a new CC number, although no charge had yet been made to my old number. Two days later I learned that several large purchases were attempted to be made to the old number but were refused by my CC company.

Lesson learned. If it sounds too good to be true, be careful...and trust your instincts.

PS. I was able to buy the sets locally and had next day delivery, at a Black Friday price.

Bait and Switch Scam and Rip off

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Same as others reviews. They Bait and switch on every TV purchase.

The TV in the advertisement appears to be the same TV as any other reputable company. However the inner components are switched so the TV is a lesser version of what you think you are getting. I never actually received the product i ordered after waiting for more than a month when they promised 7-10 day delivery.

Then I was charged shipping ($200 both ways) and a 10% restocking fee for a TV that was never sent to me. This site is a total ripoff and I intend on pursuing legal action against them.

Total Loss: $1025 and never received anything.

Bait and Switch

Looks to be a bait and switch operation. Offered an LG OLED 65 inch panel for a good price.

Called me afterwards to talk me into the US model (even though they advertised this one as having the US SKU). Gave me some spiel about 8 vs. 10 bit panels. Then discloses that the ones he's selling are directly from Korea, without a US warranty.

Told him to cancel the order - who knows what you're buying at this point. LG makes these in Mexico for the US market, with one SKU.

Suspect they don't have any Korean panels - just use that for a bait and switch. If you actually insisted on getting the model you ordered, I'm sure it would be back ordered...forever.
