Bad part

Ordered a power supply board for my Sharp TV. TV still didn't work so ordered 2 more replacement boards. Still didn't work. Had the original power board tested, it was bad, had the new board tested, it was bad. Of course by this short return time I couldn't send the parts back.

User's recommendation: don't order from TV Parts Today.

It isn’t that difficult

It really isnt that difficult to read a return policy before you buy something. Every bad review I have read for most companies is based on the fact that the customer didnt read the terms of conditions or refund policy then is mad when things dont go their way. Its your responsibility as the consumer to read the terms before you order. I ordered from tv parts today. My part was damaged in the mail. Tv parts today sent me a replacement even though they werent the ones who damaged it. Simple process for getting a replacement fill out a form get an email I had my replacement two days later now my vizio is up and running like new.

User's recommendation: Read the positive things they say more than the babies who are crying over a refund policy.

Don't believe their promise

I noted the message on their website, "Orders placed before 1 pm CST will ship the same day". I placed an order that was earlier in the day (CST), yet the order didn't ship until the next day. The confirmation email shows that I placed the order earlier than 1PM. I contacted customer service, their response did not say sorry, did not offer any compensation, etc, but did say, "Sometimes things get held up in testing, etc that we can not control." If they cannot control it, they shouldn't promise it on their website.

Sells parts, lies about condition and testing.

Received refund for part only, they refused to pay for the shipping even though they sent me a defective part and did not have one to replace it with.

Part description stated it was professionally refurbished, person i spoke with said it is harvested from a scratch and dent TV and not refurbished. Part failed to work in the TV, seller told me they had none left in stock and to return for a refund. The refund takes 30 days even though they get the part back in 2, amazingly they suddenly have the part in stock again and yes it still says refurbished. Still no refund though they are selling a dead part again that i returned. They do not refund what you pay for shipping and charge restocking even if it is their fault that you sent the part back. They are a scab out fit that should be shut down for poor business practices and ripping of the consumers.
