They charge double for subscriptions

I have had no TV from Friday I have been with your company for ages my phone will not let me type in information it keeps going back to previous page

I had a power cut on Friday and when it came back I had no TV I managed to get Spanish TV but no TV mucho and still not available it comes up with error 477 suspended cdu resource please help me Will not recommend if not fixed

I lost my internet connection on Friday and have not been able to get tvmucho

My electricity went down on Friday and when it was restored there was no internet connection to TV I did manage to get Spanish TV but no tvmucho

You aren’t answering my question? How can I pay?

I am an old customer. My husband has died & I wanted to change the account to me.

You have my email:-

janeturner @***.com

and you wanted me to fill in my address etc in a form on my tv screen but after doing all that, dont know why because the details are the same as for my husbands account, I havent moved. This filling in took ages because it is very fiddly to do. Did all that now its stuck on the screen & nothing is moving. The form to fill in for the payment appeared briefly & then disappeared before I could fill it in.

Now nothing is happening.

I have sent a number of emails & customer support responds by saying they have updated my support but NOTHING has changed . You dont answer my questions which is just how can I pay?

Can't get the channels says sign in for a few minutes ihave a year contract

it keeps cicrling and I can't get on my channels Just get my channels back please without circles\

You must subscibe before I see channels, I already have!!!

Have been asked by your Engineer to pay one pound , then 35 pound a month. This is more than I was paying - last payment in August.

You have asked for my bank details. Very wary to do this as not sure I will be scammed.

I have a TV Mucho account until February 2024 but I am unable to connect. I open my account and then I recieve 15 minutes before I was cut off.

Problem with recording

I used to be able to record programs after the current time for example it's six o'clock seven o'clock eight o'clock. Now when I go to reopen up the record button it will only let me record the current program and not the future programs like I always have been doing the best few years.

How do I change this to get back to recording future programs on the same day or is that no longer awesome
