I rented a tv through Aaron's and I could no longer afford to pay for it. I called them February 12th, 2016 & had a appointment for them to pick it up the 18th between 10-2, they did not show.
I called them & said they had to speak to there manager & they would call me back, they never did. I called back that Monday the 22nd. They schedule another pick up for the first of march between 2-7. Again they did not show.
I called them that evening at 5:00, they said someone would be out before 7. They never showed up. I called the next day the 2nd. They were extremely rude and hung up on me after they said they'd be there the next day the 3rd from 10-2, and wow again they didn't show up.
So again I called I spoke to a manager and he said they would be here the 4th between 10-2. I will not be shocked if they do not pick it up. I am done trying to get them to pick it up. They can't change me for it if that's what they trying because I got a different card number.
And the 12th of March will be 30 days from the time I told them to pick it up and if they don't the tv is mine. But I can promise you I will never and I mean never rent from this terrible company that doesn't seem to know how to do there job correctly again.

we got a tv that had black spots all over it,a blueray player that didnt play blueray,a tv stand that has chips on it,a computer that had to be taken back 8 times befor we had to pay way more for a new one cause they couldnt fix it. now new computer messed up so we have a loaned that wont work most of the time.
we bought all this stuff at the same time and i would advise people to super check everything u get before u buy from there or u will be screwed,all that money spent to put more money into it! i will never buy anything from aarons again, i think they are just running a big *** game and i fell for it!

Good afternoon. My name is Donna Legg and my original account was in Gulfport, MS.
I had to move to Shreveport last year due to the poor health of my mother. I rented a TV almost 2 years ago, in fact I have 2 payments left. My boys were watching a movie last Saturday and the TV totally cut off. The remote was checked, at the suggestion of your staff we were told to unplug the TV, wait 5 minutes, then plug the TV back up to reset it.
Nothing. I have made numerous calls to the Gulfport (Pass Road) office and spoke with Keith who has tried to get this issue straightened out from his end. He tried to calling the Mansfield Rd (Shreveport) store numerous occasions and had difficulty talking to the GM. He left messages and was the calls never returned.
Keith finally talked to someone Tuesday. Now it is a week later and I am sitting here waiting for someone from Mansfield Rd in Shreveport to come pick it up so that they can send it off and get it repaired. I am very unhappy. The one thing that Keith stated was that until the matter is resolved I do not have to make a payment.
I had to borrow a TV from a friend to use because the Shreveport store will not give me a loner to use AND if I understand this correctly should the TV be irreparable I will have to go back to Gulfport to get another TV. REALLY??? All of this is SO wrong on all accounts. I had to go to the store on Mansfield Rd Wednesday and was told that someone would be out here after 4 to pick the TV up.
They could not even call me and tell me this?? This is very poor customer service. I am not one to go around bad mouthing people or businesses but this is ridiculous. I can tell you that I will NEVER rent from y'all's company again.
For the TV and stand I am paying $152/mo. A total of $3344. I know the cost of the TV is paid for already and I am just paying for the convenience of renting to own......and now I am dealing with this headache and it is still unresolved. I even asked since I am going through this situation if the last 2 payments could be written off and was told no.
At any rate, this needs to be resolved immediately. I have somewhere to be at 5:30 and need to leave my home by 5:00. I called the Mansfield Rd store and advised them of this at 3:45 this afternoon. It is 5:00 and I just had to call the Mansfield Rd store again, because no one has shown up.
The lady (Kiera?) put me on hold and got back on the phone and wanted to know if I would be here in the next 15 minutes. I told her I would wait 15 minutes.

we bought tv from aarons. we paid for 24 months, during that time it went out 3 times.
now thats its paid off, 4 months now the tv went out again. called arrons got no help. we asked for new tv when it went out the 3rd time, they said no. we paid alot of money for it and we need help.
we have bought alot from them and planned to buy more. where are they when you need help.
the tv was to be new when we got it, now we find out it had been rented before. thanks.
