Con artist pressure and taking advantage of elders
My farther had looked into a tebo massage chair at end of trail he tried to return and they wouldn't take no for answer. He didn't have hearing aids in and charged him for it it is still in it's box till this day never been used .when I rung to talk to them about matter they shut me down saying closed deal carnt do nothing

I got my air roaster this morning left at front door but noticed the tab was broken there was the usual attention given to secure my item I have been with tvshop for a number of years so put on to the table to take photos of the outside then your customer service told them they advised me to look. Inside the box notice a plastic sheath I believe should protect the master board as the photos should show you, did also notice like burnt crumbs or something like that on the bottom of the box plus on the bottom of air rooster if there are cockroaches from this purchase I will bill you resolution is to send me new boxed item or negotiate this an open box deal I am pissed how did you get so bad I will photos with same order number

Fish seeker leaks
DonDont buy fish seeker they leak destroying internal components I have owned two thinking the first was just a
Poor model brought brand spanking new one with in weeks leaking used all care with this one keeping seal clean and greased with water proof grease unable to trace the leak but I suspect its is at the motor seals
due to salt water in it the motors and components they are failing

Very happy with your response but as there was no attachment as stated I have emailed for you to send it on pleasee
I didn't have a complaint so probably emailed to the wrong department.I just want a detailed account of my purchase payments for my bed thank you. None came with delivery and only bank statements showing payments but as stated in my email it is difficult to collate those. By the way the bed isn't quiet but loud when vibrating, which really isn't a massage at all.
Faulty product
Product stopped working, bad service in getting a fix. Very difficult to understand people on the phone and instruction unclear on what to do on up loading video.
Your service was disgusting and I'm still waiting on replacement. I won't ever buy from you again and will tell everyone I know how bad the service is. This vacuum was very expensive and iv not had it that long.
My floors are disgusting and from last email could still be weeks before I get a replacement. Which I don't want as it is still a *** product even when it did work.

Returning is a nightmare !!
I wanted to return my product and level 4 lockdown happened,
I spoke to Jolly and she extended my trial period, hoping that we should be out of lockdown by than, which didnt happen, she also told me there is noone available at the distribution centre to collect returns now Im forced to buy the product because Ive extended my trial period. Not fair,and surely not hassle free at all!

Poor quailty Pilates bed. Aggressive response. Been contacting my husband
Complained about quilt or airopilates bed as a already have 2 brought an other because of Quilty. Disappointed.
Also was told there are 2 bars for the bed.
Call man was not interested telling me he did me a favour with the price.

Bambillo Mattress Bed unsafe design
I really want to prevent other people making the same mistake I did. I want to know what else I can do to get my money back.
I bought a Bambillo Mattress bed costing $7824.99 that has developed mould in a house without mould within 3 months of purchase when other mattresses in the house have not. I was on a payment plan that I have stopped and I have offered them the bed back and to refund what I have already paid. I don’t agree that it is an appropriate product to sell when you have to throw it out before I finish paying it off.
According to the consumer guarantees act the product must be fit for purpose and something that goes mouldy in 3 months not fit for purpose, in my opinion. The base design and material of the mattress doesn't allow enough air to circulate and they misled me by saying the product was anti-fungal and yet there is fungus on this product! It is therefore not a safe product either which the act deems should be supplied. The toxic effects of mould on health are well documented. When I write to them they say it was my sweat running through the mattress or around the waterproof mattress protector that I use and pooling between the mattress and the base. This explanation doesn’t cut it surely when many other mattresses and bed of a Divan style manage to not get mouldy in less than 3 months and must have the same factors of sweat occurring? It also doesn’t explain why the bed I don’t sleep upon is also mouldy either.
I would expect an expensive, premium product to last a reasonable amount of time without problems and defects. 3 months on a mattress is not a reasonable amount of time in my opinion. A mattress shouldn't have to be aired every week. It shouldn't need extra attention than any other mattress. Nevertheless, there's no mould in the rest of house as it's summer, insulated and aired (I don’t close the windows at all in summer) and regularly have a through breeze with the doors open. My flatmates mattress is older and still without any mould. I proved the lack of mould in the house by photos on the 8th February to the TV shop.
Although I was happy with the bed originally it is actually impossible to return the bed to them at the end of the month trial in the original state that they request because it comes with everything vacuum packed so it won't go back into the boxes which might be a breach of fair contract terms.
On my contract I notice that they charge the whole amount against the bed and give the mattresses for free which I think is duplicity because they can then claim I didn't buy the mattress when it does go mouldy even though the bed and mattress combination as a design is flawed.
I want to have them take the bed away, return some of my money (hopefully) and definitely not have to pay the rest for a product that is not safe and fit for purpose. I am taking it to dispute tribunal and to the Commerce Commission and awaiting the dates / feedback. I have written to my MP, stuff.co.nz, the Herald and Fair Go. I really hope the judge agrees that this is a flawed design making an unsafe product, inappropriate to be sold, that I shouldn’t have to tolerate and waste my money upon.
I think a lot of people would be put off by the price but those of us who do buy this more expensive product shouldn’t end up regretting it. Do you have any more ideas about how I can get my money back and help others save theirs.

Transformer ladder
Contacted them within the 30 day trial period from delivery date of the main product, finally got the missing bits 3 days ago so never got to test the ladder. Contacted them by email as don't trust them and can never get through to them so emailed and emailed without any result.
The ladder is too heavy for me and I really can't use it!
Also the ad infers that you get the plank or what we would call a platform so it can be used as a tressle but of course it doesn't. The company ads are misleading and they rely on the terms as an out as they count from when you order not the date of delivery of the total of the goods so you can test the product.

Yes I agree the Fish Seeker is crap and shouldn't be sold, if you check out the fish seeker forum on Facebook ull see thousands of kiwis being ripped off from the tvshop, this is a grate concept but it was poorly executed during manufacturing, the electronic are cheap Chinese products, the fish seeker takes on water and everything inside the units rust extremely quickly. Be warned if you purchase one of these machines you will end up with a useless item that can't be fixed.
