Directv has customer service that is damn near as bad a s DISH Network, All customer service has been farmed out to some where off shore, No one gives a *** and wait times are unacceptable!!! *** Directv, Nobody knows *** about any *** thing!!
Can't wait to pull the plug on them, Local channel dropped to day due to carriage dispute no offer of credit for channel I pay for not being on anymore! A once fine company reduced to "We don't give a *** *** THEM!

This isn't one specific complaint. There's for sure more than that.
Let's start with the price consistently going up, even after they dropped a movie station from our package. Then we have the cable either scrambling or lately stations will just go blank in the middle of a show. Has happened on more than one occasion and station. There have been more problems, can't even tell you how many times we've had a service man here.
I will finish with the time we had no service of any kind cable or internet for several days. We were told we would get credit for those days. Never happened.
And I agree with others that loyal customers get nothing even after 30 years and paying on time every single month. Sad

For the past two months we have had problems with our xfinity services (tv,phone and internet). It has been down about 40% of the time and we have had 5 techs out to fix the problem, only to be told that it is a area wide issue and will be turned over to maintenance.
Still no resolution and my attempts to talk to a supervisor have been futile. I have reached out to that supervisor twice this week and have never received a call back.
In the past week we have only had one day where their services have worked properly. This company is a joke! After a year and half of billing problems, monthly increases in cost, then these service issues for the past two months, I have reached my breaking point.

Lousy product - they have not fixed the Netflix issue for a year. Pathetic customer service - waiting for ill-informed, poorly-educated, horribly-communicating staff for 53 minutes.
"Top Customer service" - my foot. You stink.
