My cable goes out every time the wind blows. Last month had to wait 3 days for an agent to come out.
Checked all the lines and was gone in about 10 minutes. Today I got my sudenlink bill and it almost doubled!
The rep I talked to explained the agent charges 65.00 for a service call So their internet goes out and I have to pay 65.00??? I told them to cancel.

In the lat week my cable box has inadvertently rebooted itself in the middle of my program. Cox, pay attention!
When this happens I question how much worse will this get? Is this temporary or is this systemic? Do you care and what are you doing about this?

there are others ways to watch TV without it costing me 140.00 a month, and this payment doesn't even include premium channels. at this point we are so done with this company.
We have had CONSTANT problems with horrible picture and sound. blank screens, constant buffering blurry pictures, frozen screens are just a few of the issues. We have contacted Charter Spectrum numerous times, the issues continue many times every day on all our televisions.
NOW our internet service is slowing down. HELP.

Greetings I used to get TBN on Free View and mentioned this to friends. TBN is no longer on Free view but is back again on the religious channels. We are able to view this either way but our friends cannot because they can only view programs on Free View. John
Directv - Direct TV was dishonest with me

I called to cancel my Direct TV account because My bill kept going up and my contract was finished. The last bill I owed was $143 which I paid.
I sent all my equipment back. Then several weeks after I had cancelled, I get an e-mail saying I owe $287 that wasn't paid.....no statement, no listing for charges (There were none). When I received my bank statement they had deducted $287. I called and stayed on the phone with the billing department for at least 1 Hr.
Only thing they would tell me that probably my payment was late.
(Still $287 charge) They will not return the $287 they held from my bank account. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and this really hurts.
