We have been Spectrum (Charter) customers since 1993. With each passing week, we are beginning to wonder why we stick around.
This latest so called "upgrade" to a new and improved guide may just be the last straw for us. What was wrong with the old guide? It was easy to see and read, it had versatile features and it looked friendly! Why all the black!?
Seriously - people are fed up with the color already (or should I say lack of color). I agree with a previous reviewer who suggested that someone should be fired over this.
And you'd think you'd be more cautious than ever, given your latest customer loss figures. Fix it - or we're outta here!

Your new guide is not what people want. I do not like it and the antiquated equipment runs slow.
Soon I will be with Dish all because of your poor planning and not giving what the customer wants..
Keep your sorry guide while I enjoy a better guide.. BTW I am a customer of over 20 years.

Shaw Cable - Changed menu horrible

As a family we gave the new changes to menu a few days. It’s really hard to read and everything is black. You can’t tell movies from kids programs any more.
It’s much harder to scroll through. Honestly, thinking of going to Telus just because of changed menu. We were already considering the change and none of us liked the idea of learning new menu but now we have a horrible Shaw menu to deal with. I like local news, I like Chicago fire, med..
and Victoria on Sundays. So that’s News and a couple of nights programming I watch. My husband likes hockey and golf.
Our internet is slow and often cuts out. Thinking we way over pay for a poor service.

The guide leaves much to desire. From the beginning the guide font is to small along with low contrast makes it a strain to deal with and now the guide also leaves some station blank no info and lags significantly in loading. I chose Directv Now for the complete package (Local Channels) and the price.
Now there are better options from other companies. I initially found Directv Now a good option with hopes that there would be positive upgrades coming. Its going backwards and becoming frustrating. The only thing not going backward is the price.
Its true they provide more channel selections but many of them are junk channels.
Sling/Locast is looking better all the time. Time to change and save myself $30/mo
