The new guide is absolutely terrible! The coloring, small print is bad but this new guide is SLOW! You put in the channel # and it is so slow to read it and transmit it. Slower yet on the genies. This is no improvement what so ever. You took away the "activate"...

I have been a customer since 2000. Direct TV was great, recommended to friends and family members. I actually have two accounts at two different homes. After AT&T purchased, programming regressed, still stuck with Direct. However, I don’t even want to turn on my TV now....

Along with your other customers that have posted, my husband & I do not like the new format. Fortunately we have not had any technical issues yet.
The is too small & the system is just not as user friendly as the one it replaced. I hope DTV will take another look & address some of the issues that your customers are not happy with.
