Ordered TV guide but not receiving
Called and ordered the TV guide approximately three weeks ago. I received it the first week and now have NOT received it for two weeks. I have since spoken with two different people and Im sure either one knew what I was talking about. Therefore please dont include it on my next statement
The asked for one.
I wanted to make sure my subscription was done. I had no problems getting my business taken care of, Paul was good, answered all my questions and was very polite.

New app does not show listings for my cable provide
Hi. I do not understand why the new TV Guide app does not show listings for Rogers Cable in Toronto. They are and always will be my cable provide. You only show Bell Media. Why? Please send me a response. I used to use your app all the time but sadly cant anymore. My email is eilbrachti@***.com
User's recommendation: Doesn’t work if you are a Rogers Cable or Ignite subscriber. Sad.

I need to talk about my bill for a second TV Guide.
I received a WELCOME to new Subscriber Dept. I did not order it since I already have a subscription.(#4819****/48). Please immediately cancel this and send me a notification that it has been cancelled. Call me back at 703 443 ****

How Dare You
The first week of Black History Month TV Guide featured Elvis Presley on the cover. To add insult to injury there was a six page story about his life. The only mention of Black History was a small caption on page 33 bottom left hand corner. I asked TV to end my subscription three times. They continued to send the magazine and request for new subscription. They just continue to ignore my request. I no longer want to be harassed by them.

Ive subscribed to tv guide for many. My submy subscription doesn't run out until September I've gotten a barrage of letters to send in my money the last one telling me that im not on their good credit now!!! Really!!!!!now I know I can't sleep at night. I've gotten at least 8 letters to send in my subscription money- really really sick of it
Disgusting Pics in the Magazine
I am growing sick and tired of finding outrageous pics of Miley Cyrus in the Cheers and Jeers section for two issues in a row. This is growing to become annoying. I do not care about her behavior-it is her problem. All I use the magazine for is to look at the schedules of the nightly TV programs and read up on what is happening to my favorite shows and to persistently place disgusting photos in a magazine is wrong. Children might read this magazine for info on their own favorite programs as well and don't need to be influenced by outrageous pics. I'll just tear out the page and toss it and I hope many others do the same thing.....

what the heck is going on with your guide channel, everytime a watch show is scheduled I go to the channel and I see some washed up actress selling some skin lotions, I give up this has been going on for weeks now, paying off my value pays and not watching shop nbc again, puchases I've made am very happy with, but if a business can't do some simple by going with a guide that they put out tells me they really don't care about the consumer, sorry and its been nice doing business with you Bill
