Cannot get it to work
- - The ad claimed no subscription was needed.
- - Customer service said a subscription is required to alert others, and the reviewer won't pay extra.
Your ad said no subscription was needed, but when I called your customer service, they told me I had to get a subscription to alert other people. This is useless to me because I'm not paying extra money.

Credit card was overcharged

custormer service sucks i was told the only way to contact it thru email or the num i called and the person couldnt look up my acc to help reslove the issue.
