Never shipped my item and charged me!

Confirmed my order would be here by 3/1/24. They took my payment on 1/23/24.

And the order was placed on 1/17/24. I havent received a tracking orderso today I logged in and they had cancelled my order!!! But still took my money.

Im calling the bank and BBB.

Do not waste your time l, my daughter bday is this weekend and now the outfit she chose is not coming! I am pissed!
