Please stay away from this business!!! Horrible customer service. Bad communication. Phone number disconnected. They will want to charge you $65.00 if you need the order quicker. They wont give you a refund at all!! Please do not buy from this store

Either scammed or out of business. Emailed, called and left message. Got online and gave my tracking order, said it was in progress. Ordered 2nd week of November to be here before 12/10. Paid additional $$ for expidited delivery. I am a very disappointed grandma as it was for our one and only grandchild who turns 1 and her party! Will be contacting BBB the morning and if I have to, I will have our family attorney deal with it. It will cost to do that, but I am out $115.00, so I don't mind paying the fee for bringing some relief to all others who have been taken advantage of. As another customer said "I am PISSED OFF"

Nov. 9th, 2016 I placed a personalized order last week and my status still says on order. I contacted them and I have heard nothing. You guys are right they did take my money though. That was a very expensive order and I want my money back. I wish I would have seen these review before doing so. This really upsets me!!!!

So I ordered a dress for my daughter. I ordered about a month in advanced for when I needed it. The day before I needed it and still didn't have it I tried to call the number on the website and said it was disconnected when I tried to call. I tried to email them as well still no answer. I think this is a scam place. Do not waste your money or time here.

Do not order from this company ! They are a scam . They take your money and do not send your order! They will not answer emails or their phone. I also found many of their do called " handmade outfits " available on other sites such as Disney , they clearly do not make their outfits as they claim to. My out I ordered 4 months ago still never arrived .

I ordered the Wonder Woman onesie *** in February for my granddaughter's first birthday. Besides the fact that they wanted $10 each for the accessories (I made the a more appropriate headband & wristbands for less than $5) .. My first mistake was not noticing NO NEW REVIEWS SINCE 2015.. My second was seeing that they took my money 4 days after I ordered... I emailed them twice to check on my order because it was getting close to when I needed it... No response... I disputed the charge with my bank & they gave me a phone number for *** Sweet Shop, which I called to no answer... End of story - my item is still not here, I haven't heard from *** & they won't post the bad review I left on their website... Save your money and the headache... Make it yourself or buy from someplace else...

I ORDERED A OUTFIT A MONTH AGO FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY PARTY WHICH IS THE UPCOMING WEEKEND. I'M AWARE THAT THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM ITEMS ARE APPROX. 2.5 WEEKS BUT A MONTH LATER MY ORDER STATUS IS STILL "ON ORDER". I SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO THE EMAIL THAT'S PROVIDED ON THEIR WEBSITE WITH NO REPLY. I FIND IT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO TAKE A CUSTOMERS MONEY AND LEAVE THEM OUT HANGING. I WISH I SEARCH FOR REVIEWS FROM THIS COMPANY PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER BECAUSE AFTER DOING SO I SEE THAT THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED. SMH
