Either scammed or out of business. Emailed, called and left message.

Got online and gave my tracking order, said it was in progress. Ordered 2nd week of November to be here before 12/10. Paid additional $$ for expidited delivery. I am a very disappointed grandma as it was for our one and only grandchild who turns 1 and her party!

Will be contacting BBB the morning and if I have to, I will have our family attorney deal with it.

It will cost to do that, but I am out $115.00, so I don't mind paying the fee for bringing some relief to all others who have been taken advantage of. As another customer said "I am PISSED OFF"

I placed a personalized order last week and my status still says on order.

I contacted them and I have heard nothing. You guys are right they did take my money though. That was a very expensive order and I want my money back.

I wish I would have seen these review before doing so. This really upsets me!!!!

So I ordered a dress for my daughter. I ordered about a month in advanced for when I needed it.

The day before I needed it and still didn't have it I tried to call the number on the website and said it was disconnected when I tried to call. I tried to email them as well still no answer.

I think this is a scam place. Do not waste your money or time here.

I ordered the Wonder Woman onesie *** in February for my granddaughter's first birthday. Besides the fact that they wanted $10 each for the accessories (I made the a more appropriate headband & wristbands for less than $5) ..

My first mistake was not noticing NO NEW REVIEWS SINCE 2015.. My second was seeing that they took my money 4 days after I ordered... I emailed them twice to check on my order because it was getting close to when I needed it... No response... I disputed the charge with my bank & they gave me a phone number for *** Sweet Shop, which I called to no answer...

End of story - my item is still not here, I haven't heard from *** & they won't post the bad review I left on their website...

Save your money and the headache... Make it yourself or buy from someplace else...

Do not order from this company ! They are a scam .

They take your money and do not send your order! They will not answer emails or their phone.

I also found many of their do called " handmade outfits " available on other sites such as Disney , they clearly do not make their outfits as they claim to. My out I ordered 4 months ago still never arrived .

I ORDERED A OUTFIT A MONTH AGO FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY PARTY WHICH IS THE UPCOMING WEEKEND. I'M AWARE THAT THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM ITEMS ARE APPROX.

2.5 WEEKS BUT A MONTH LATER MY ORDER STATUS IS STILL "ON ORDER". I SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO THE EMAIL THAT'S PROVIDED ON THEIR WEBSITE WITH NO REPLY. I FIND IT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO TAKE A CUSTOMERS MONEY AND LEAVE THEM OUT HANGING.

I WISH I SEARCH FOR REVIEWS FROM THIS COMPANY PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER BECAUSE AFTER DOING SO I SEE THAT THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED. SMH

This company has the CUTEST outfits for little girls on their website, Amazon and Etsy (I've read...), however, their customer service and communication skills are sorely lacking.

I ordered an outfit for my new niece, mid August, and was so excited to have found it as it is fitting for the family, and it is girly and frilly and would have made for cute family pictures. It was the perfect gift for their new little girl.

Their website states 2 1/2 weeks to create the outfit, as it's handmade, and then 3-7 days for shipping. I ordered 3-6 months, knowing it IS handmade, and i have to then ship it across the country...i wanted to make sure i had time and it wouldn't be too small.

Six weeks have passed, and it is still listed as "on order" on their website. I definitely should have had the product by now, and they are sitting on my money. I emailed them last Friday...a nice email that simply inquired the status of my order....and I haven't received a reply yet. I called the number listed on their website and it's disconnected.

I wouldn't even mind the fact it's taking longer than it should if there was any modicum of communication on the businesses part. It made my stomach drop, calling their number, and it being disconnected. I think it's the ultimate in cowardice, to hide behind an email, leaving your customers no way of contacting you but quickly taking their money and not delivering your end of the bargain in a timely fashion. What was the point of asking me by what date i needed it by??!

I sincerely believe this business owners heart is in the right place. I think they have such a sucessful *** shop that they can't keep up with their orders. That, however, does not excuse their nonexistent communication.

If you have all the time in the world to wait for an order from this place, then go ahead and order. If you do, be smart and use PayPal like i did, that way you aren't out your money! So disappointed...BUYER BEWARE!!!!
