They've repeatedly had no tutors available for the times I scheduled. They refuse to directly answer questions regarding the inadequacy of their system, it's like they can't even understand the question.
I want to stop using them because they're not worth the headache but they refuse to give me a partial refund even though it's stated that they would in case of dissatisfaction. The tutors in general are fine, If you can find one and if they don't get disconnected every 5 minutes right in the middle of a problem. I repeatedly contacted them through email, because nobody ever picks up the phone, about my problems. They promised to check into it, but apparently didn't.
They requested I schedule in advance instead of instant tutoring, this sucks because I chose them FOR the 24 hour instant tutoring option in the first place, but I don't want to loose my money so ok. I scheduled in advance twice already and both times there were no tutors available? It's always "come back in two hours". Really?
This is why I scheduled a session? I have a life too, I have other responsibilities.
If I make an agreement by scheduling in advance and they accept, I expect the tutor to be there. On time.
