No tutors available at scheduled time

They've repeatedly had no tutors available for the times I scheduled. They refuse to directly answer questions regarding the inadequacy of their system, it's like they can't even understand the question. I want to stop using them because they're not worth the headache but they refuse to give me a partial refund even though it's stated that they would in case of dissatisfaction. The tutors in general are fine, If you can find one and if they don't get disconnected every 5 minutes right in the middle of a problem. I repeatedly contacted them through email, because nobody ever picks up the phone, about my problems. They promised to check into it, but apparently didn't. They requested I schedule in advance instead of instant tutoring, this sucks because I chose them FOR the 24 hour instant tutoring option in the first place, but I don't want to loose my money so ok. I scheduled in advance twice already and both times there were no tutors available? It's always "come back in two hours". Really? This is why I scheduled a session? I have a life too, I have other responsibilities. If I make an agreement by scheduling in advance and they accept, I expect the tutor to be there. On time.

Cant Cancel

I am very pissed right now! There is no *** way to cancel the subscription for TutorPace all i wanted was a *** free tutoring and now i cant *** cancel. I dont have that type of money! Now i am not gonna lie the tutoring i did get wasnt bad BUT i really want to cancel and every *** where i look on the *** page i cant find ***. My parents would kill me if they see that i signed up for this *** and now i cant *** get out of it AAAGH this is *** frustrating !

Feel Happy to Get A+ and want to say thanks to Tutorpace's Tutor

Hi, I am a Donna I got A+ Grade in 10th grade, I was very scared about my math subject because I was weak in math so my friend suggest me for taking classes for my math subject and She is also suggest me for taking online tutoring, I set my mind to get online tutoring after taking demo from 2-3 online tutoring companies I finaliezed "Tutorpace (www.tutorpace.com)". I really want to say many Thanks to Tutorpace's Tutors who make me like this. Tutor Pace's online tutoring is world class. The tutors are experienced, knowledgeable and approachable. I got the tutor I preferred for most of the tutoring sessions. Tutor was patient and knew her stuff. She went along with me as she reviewed my work.Tutorpace.com offers 24/7 online tutoring, so it's easy to log in and get help whenever it's most convenient for me. I don't have to fit my schedule around the website's hours of operation. I would suggest Tutor Pace to any students with super-busy lives. TutorPace satisfied my kids in Tutoring

I am really very happy to get Online tutoring with TutorPace for my two kids in MG grade.It was quite good experience to find such quality tutoring and satisfaction with TutorPace.Being professional no time for kids to teach them i was wondering for a good tutor.I really appreciate TutorPace for its quality tutoring,1-1 tutor,money back guaranty if not satisfied and no hidden charges like other company.Before solving a problems its fundamental concepts are cleared so kids are able to understand the question and thus question becomes no more question but just an answer .Its really good !
