My boyfriend bought her crêpe erase. She broke into many accounts of mine. I will get a Sarasota detective on to you guys and make sure she isn't an ambassador anymore...lol never used you guys.

A few days ago, I created a free account: Smile6367@***.com.
I am sure 100% I remember the correct password, but I am not able to log in. It is very crucial for me to get access to my account again or at least you may forward the emails I received to my email. I can provide exactly when and from which sender I received the emails. Please, I need assistance ASAP! Thank you very much!
PS: As the verification email belongs to me, I can provide the password I used the day I created the account, the date I created the account, and the device I used to create my account. I also can provide exactly what emails I received and from which company as well in the inbox. But unfortunately, I did not save the code I can use instead of the password because I never thought I would have an issue.
Again, please assist as soon as possible!

Everytime I log into my tutanota email it says it is offline. I check my internet and it is working fine.
I check other apps and they work fine. My tutanota email has been offline for almost 24 hours. I can't access my emails. I can't contact tutanota support because I need to be online to do that!
There is no other support for tutanota online. I try to reconnect. Still offline.
Never use tutanota, tuta or tutamail. This is ridiculous.

Hello,
I have been locked out of my account shadypinesma76@***.com. I want to know if this account is still active and if it is, can I pay for the service? I tried to sign up for the email address again and it allowed me to create, but it won't let me in the account. I try to send e-mails from my account after having sending numerous yesterday. I still receive the following message:

I haven't seen a respected company that provide a crucial service such an email application and hides its customer service contact information. In my case, I lost the Recovery Code and now don't have access to my emails.
I had to search the internet to find only the following email address: abuse@***.de. I sent multiple emails to that email and yet to get an reply.
