Won't pay me my withdrawal
Hello so today has been 3 weeks since I deposited money and won and attempted to withdraw my winnings I submitted all the proper documents and none of my emails were responded to when I was able to chat with an agent they told me the same thing each time and now after finally being approved my withdrawal said could take up to 72 hours so I waited and now the money is back in my casino account and I have to withdraw it again this is so frustrating and I highly recommend not playing on tusk casino I'm not entirely sure how to go about this if my withdrawal doesn't go through yet again I've left numerous emails and chats nobody replies they ignore me I just want my money ill keep writing bad reviews until I get it I won it with my deposit no bonus snd no free spins

Withdrawl
I finally heard from Tusk Casino after waiting for my withdrawal for three weeks. Now, they say it's been rejected by the payment provider.
There's no reason why because it was my own money I deposited. I never took a bonus; it was not won from free spins. The most I bet was $5, so I won it fair and square.
Is it because I've complained? I just want my money.
Preferred solution: Would like my winnings
