Extremely Disappointed with Turtle Wax Customer Service
I placed an order directly through the official Turtle Wax website on June 18, 2025, for 10 bottles of the Wax & Dry Spray Car Wax. Although the order was confirmed, it wasnt even shipped until July 1st nearly two weeks later.
According to FedEx tracking, the package was marked as delivered on July 8th, but I never received it.
Whats worse is the complete lack of response from Turtle Wax customer support. Ive sent multiple emails asking for help locating the package or at least confirming the delivery address, and Ive received absolutely no reply.
To make matters even more frustrating, the shipping information shows the package weight as only 3.4 pounds which makes no sense, since each bottle weighs about 1.6 pounds.
Theres clearly a discrepancy here that hasnt been addressed.
This has been a deeply disappointing experience: delayed shipping, a potentially incomplete or misdelivered order, and zero customer support. I wont be ordering from their website again, and I strongly suggest others think twice before doing so.

Anytime I purchase a Turtle Wax product, I regret it, and this was no exception. Notice the label specifically says non-greasy; well, guess what?
It was like smearing Vaseline all over the place. It made a mess and even stained my interior.

Verified ReviewerTurtle Wax NEVER responded to my damage complaint
I used a Turtle Wax product on my car. In some areas, I had no damage.
In another area, it ruined my rear view mirror (pic attached). I filed a damage form and sent Turtle Wax all the documents. I even sent them the product in the postal mail. They never responded to my phone calls, emails, or letters sent in the postal mail.
I then contacted the Illinois Attorney General, and Turtle Wax didn't respond to them. Very poor customer service!

I have not heard from Turtle Wax since I made a complaint 3+ years ago. I will never buy their products again because their 'remover' liquid ruined my rearview mirror on my car.
Shortened story: I used a Turtle Wax product, and it worked fine on part of my car and ruined another part. I emailed all the details to Turtle Wax.
Called them over a dozen times. I contacted the Illinois Attorney General's office. Turtle Wax didn't respond to them either.
Attached is a photo of damage. I also have uploaded all the documentation under the 'proof of purchase' tab.

Pieni pullo Turtlen naarmuuntumisenpoistoainetta maksaa siis muutaman euron, jolla saa pienet naarmut selvästi pois. Nämä mainostavat aivan röyhkeää huijausta, ei toimi millään tavalla luvatulla tavalla, 100% huijaus!rahat takaisin ja nopeasti!
