Truly horrible experience
- - Paid $20,000 upfront to redo a 1968 VW Beetle.
- - Four years later the car is non-driveable; specialists say it's been screwed up.
I Hired Turn key to redo a 1968 convertible VW bug. He told me he needed $20000 up front to do it.
I'm not a car man Apparently. So I wrote him a check for $20000. I'm from Winter Haven Florida I kept coming over every week and there were new cars there That he personally purchase and was working on them. I gave up it's been 4 years I called him every week , He took car to different VW specialist and they said that he screwed it up so bad they would not work on it.
Omg It went from a perfectly fine convertible bug that I could drive every day to a non driveable POS that I still don't have and now I have to Sue him. If you have any questions please comment to this text and I will tell you the entire story worst experience ever

Had agreement with Turkey Performance to build car,referred by a friend,agreed to pay in advance,installed used parts,did *** type work,stole my money,did not finish my car,I had to pay to tow it away 5 years later,his name is Eric Sherman in lutz florida,he is a thief,also found out business name is bogus,unlicensed to preform work in hillsborough county,and does not do honest work,i am filing lawsuit against him this week,also several other government agencies will be checking him out ! Stay away from him! He is bad news !Says he knows how to do all this work but subs it out to other unlicense bums,cash under the table of coarse,result shoddy incomplete work !!

I am currently exploring legal options with Eric Sherman. AKA Turnkey Performance. He has not legally owned a business since 2012. He stopped paying fees, so the business was dissolved 10 years ago.
Now, he scams people when he is a light on cash. My business is owed only $800 but we will be aggressively pursuing legal action to prove a point. He has scammed many, and will continue to do so.
