2012 Kia Sorento had engine replaced under recall. New engine has been nothing but problems. Has been burning oil for months. Adding 2 qts of oil every 2 days. According to Kia, its not burning oil and it wasnt tripping the proper error codes for warranty repair. They changed my oil, charged me for the oil change (despite adding NEW oil every 2 days) and told me to deal with it. Car died in the middle of 676 today. Had to coast off in traffic. Called to notify the engine finally died and was informed 4-7 week wait to just look at vehicle! Work FT, this is our ONLY car (family of 5), NO other means of transportation. Renting a loaner out of my own pocket is not an option. Why couldnt Kia fix the problem before it became this nightmare? No car, no credit, no money. VERY dissatisfied customer.

Let the company propose a solution
We took our car to Kia of Turnsville for alignment in January 2018. Then about week ago we took in for another alignment a week ago, early February. The car was still out of alignment! Then we took the Kia to Kia of Vineland. The mechanic said the car was NEVER aligned! It was so off of alignment that it was ridiculous! The mechanic in Vineland said that the tires were never rotated even though they were supposed to do the rotation. I need new tires at 20,000 miles due to turnersville Kia not doing what they were supposed to do. The tires are destroyed! I want Kia to pay for the tires and the alignment that they did not do. The one in early January. We are still waiting for Kia to get back to us. Meanwhile I’ve been driving an unsafe car, in my opinion. It was finally aligned properly, but it was bad tires. I believe this is a horrible way to treat Customers!!!!!!!!!! I hope that they do the right thing!!!!
