Turn Key Homes

Harry L wrote publicly attacking me stating no one should do business with me because of my review my experiences, as usual he told many lies and was demeaning me as he did throughput the buying process. The sub I took to small claims (the concrete company who mind you offered me $1,000 for the poor quality job) he was hiring didn't even have a license and this came from the BBB. The case was thrown out not won over an Idaho legal technicality, the judge said nothing just handed us forms, had I been able to speak I would have shown him the number of times I tried to get them to come do repairs. If I have issues over something or someone they are warranted, and Turn Key is definitely one. Pictures, videos don't lie, my experience(s) were what they were. I don't have problems with any neighbors in fact we are all on good terms, there is one next door who dislikes everyone and that's what he's referring to! As far as the office how would he know my business unless he's gossiping, or they are sharing my personal information with him. I didn't get personal in my review, but I see he is stooping to that level. I did not call subs, I emailed a few to let them know what I wanted to be done because Harry was saying otherwise, my money for my jobs. None passed on me, don't know what he's talking about. Seems he is using defamation of character and that is illegal. Champion did not finish the warranty work, they stopped in May I had until October and I didn't sign off that it was completed. How on earth does Harry think he undercharged me by $80,000 when he paid $128,521.10 for the home and I paid $205,936.53 for it, a single just under 1,100 sq ft! Lot rent was not what he said either $900+. Nor was he going to move this home because he was adding homes. He thinks his review is funny as he added a smiley face, but it really only shows what I have spoken about, unprofessional and cannot/would not be accountable. I'm only one that has problems with him, to include Champion, one of their contractors said they had problems.

I was overcharged by nearly $80,000 (I feel) for this new home and only found that out by the title company sending me the original purchase order which I didn't request. When I let the seller know he had a conniption, he said "where did you get this, who gave it to you"!

Then an identical home to mine down the street is now listed for nearly $100,000 less than what I was charged and with upgrades. It just shows the greediness of these companies and lack of concern about people and their hard-earned money especially in today's market. Not to mention the abundance of problems l've had with the NEW home and the pushback from them not wanting to do repairs/the right thing. They are unethical, unprofessional and uncaring.

Harry L sent two messages claiming he hadn't done business with me, maybe pay attention to the photos and what is being said. He and his realtor selling new homes with the MLS listing items not actually in the home, deceitful. They use the "cheapest" of everything in the home and hire people that don't know how to install nor do finish work and create more damages they don't want to fix appropriately.

Anything but a "Turn Key Home", just over two years later, and I'm still repairing things myself. Some issues were/are over spray throughout (they wouldn't address), all doors hung incorrectly, carpet cut short, home turned over filthy (Harry refused to clean it), staples in linoleum, toilet seat off center, all cabinets/counter tops/bathroom mirrors damaged, linoleum is bubbled, windows installed incorrectly, siding damaged, decks built very poorly, no lawn and landscaping as stated in MLS, no pantry as stated in MLS, no garbage disposal as stated in MLS, no fence as stated in realtors video standing outside my home (he removed it since I complained, butt I still have it)!

Harry talked me into doing extra work hiring subs not explaining the process to me, it's been a nightmare and still is, worst experience ever. He told me I couldn't speak with the contractors, he wouldn't tell me his cut, he hired a concrete guy that wasn't licensed and did a horrible job on my driveway and sidewalks, gutter guy also cut corners, fence company put up three damaged posts that I said had to be replaced and that irritated them? I'm paying $8,000 for 164' of fence 4' tall, they decided to do it when the grounds were frozen (isn't my fault), then they put the gates on opening the wrong direction and set them to high from what I said, so my small dog can get out, the whole point of having a fence. The panels all scratched up and they used some jagged finish pieces.

I cut Harry off from other projects (car port was one) because he was overcharging me, lying to me, was demeaning towards me, refusing to work with me professionally. He let these subs trash my yard, *** in my yard, I specified that calls and appointments had to be made and Harry and his subs ignored my simple requests.

Harry told me I should hurry and stain my decks, caulk certain areas in the home, etc. so that's not much of a Turn Key Home now is it!

It's really a shame there are so many companies like this out there anymore, if they did better jobs, were professional and communicated with the customer truthfully they would certainly have more business and better reviews.

The video shows the realtor stating they are putting in a fence and did not, I didn't see the video until months after purchase costing me $8,000 for the vinyl fence, so he definitely deceived me!

My title company sent me paperwork, with the receipt for what Turn Key paid for my unit $128,936.10 when he charged me $205,936.53 now how can he of undercharged me by $80,000 thats laughable! So, Harry's saying he should have charged me $285,936.53 for a single just under 1,100 SFT, craziness. The lot rent was not that high ($900+ initially) when l purchased either, it was $795. All my reviews show pictures of some of the many issues, this place for being new was in horrible shape.
