Terrible Refund Policy
- - The topper overlaps the bed and caused hip pain.

I purchased a full size mattress topper, and it overlaps my mattress, making it hard to make the bed, and it gave me hip pain.
I asked to return it, and was told to donate it.
They told me to bring it to a donation center that they list on their website, with proof and a receipt and submit back to them.
The places they recommend, don't accept mattress toppers.
After driving for hours, and calling places, I gave up.
How convenient for them. They don't have to deal with a return, or give me a refund.
IMO, this is bait and switch.
They know all about it, and don't care.
They have your money, and you lose out.
The pad was very flimsy and cheap feeling too. It's not worth the $180.00, that I paid for it.
I would not purchase anything from this company.

- - Returning before 30 days deducts $59.
- - Foam is firm, cheap; packaging is hard.
Their return policy says return ANY item within 30 days if you are not satisfied for a complete refund. Then Below that same warranty where you would have stopped reading reads that for mattress toppers you can't return before 30 days but must return before 60 days.
If you return it before 30 days they take $59 off your refund. They insist that you're obligated to sleep on the thing for 30 days. What they sold me was a firm bouncy cheap piece of foam like the stuff that used to be in car seats in the 50s. And also insist that a foam piece that was vacuum packed into a bag by a giant machine be rolled by a human into same bag and box.
There was no way to remove the thing without cutting bag.
Rolled up as tight as a human could get it, it's now twice the size. Got in the bag, miraculously, but the box, no.
