Gas pumps

For the last three months i have tried to buy gas at the New Albany Ohio store 9880 Johnstown Rd.Every time either the pumps don't work or they will only allow you certain options.I have yet been able to use my rewards at this location. Either fix the problem or close the store quit wasting my time by stopping there.They built another station across the street street

Health- Safety disregard

Cleona, Pa. store allows up to 15 people at times having a coffee klatch using the garbage can tops as tables. No one wearing a mask. The cans are located on each side of the entrance doors, so any customer trying to enter must walk in between them, walk through their spit and crap they let on the ground. Customers cannot refill their Turkey Hill coffee mug, force us to buy a cup and lid for extra charge, but they allow these same people to enter the store and handle any and everything at the drink stand without wearing masks. When you say anything to these people, you get mocked, and the store employees do the same. If you try to find a space to park when the Club has its daily meeting, they have also tied up all the available spaces and make it very inconvenient for the other customers whom have supported them for years. Many of us are taking our business to the competitor down the road, where safety and concerns are honored.

User's recommendation: if you believe there is a health risk here, go to the other store down the road.

The Store Manager PEDRO at the Turkey Hill located at 501 Spring St, Reading, PA. 19601is lazy, yells at customers when he has to come out of the back and do his job. His complete disregard for the law is absolutely ridiculous. He personally hires people not even by law allowed to handle tobacco products, he even has been seen selling these products to be people underage. He also allows his employees to be physically assaulted. There is so much more that could be said, so if you see Pedro, and he is hard to miss since he is a big guy that cant speak to anyone properly, please avoid this location.

Disgusting new coffee

It is beyond me why you would take something that so many people like and look forward to and change it. It is not just me. The entire community is livid about this new coffee that turkey hill is using!!! We loved the other coffee and it was the only place I would buy it. Now I have no where to get coffee at!! Ever since this new company took over turkey hill has gone down hill. Horribly!!!

Violation of PA Health Department Policy

I was at the store on Thursday, June 25th at 5:15pm. On the door was a notice from the PA Dept of Health saying masks must be worn to enter the store. Inside the store, there were 6 people without masks on and they were all clustered in a group with no social distancing. I asked the clerk why she was not enforcing the PA Dept of Health policy and she told me that their Corporate Hq's said they did not have to enforce the rule. What?Don't go there

The new coffee creamer machines

The new coffee machine creamer is horrible.The creamer leaves a waxy film in the mouth and the taste is so discusting.My family and I have been going to turkey hill forever no other place.My favorite time of the day is in the morning and can't wait to go to T hill and get my coffee relax enjoy it.I don"t no where I'm going to go now I have to go searching to find a place that has a creamer as good as the french vanilla that was in the older silver machine.If the reason the machines were taken out because of it getting wasted cuz of being in the bag, isn't there a way to package the old creamer so it wouldn't get wasted?I no alot of customers don't like the taste of the new creamer.Would u please think of a way we could have our old french vanilla creamer back?The store we go to is Turkey Hill Minit Market on Chestnut St. Columbia PA 17512.Thank u for taking time to read this.Have a Great DayWould u give me the name and phone # of the place where I could buy the older french vanilla myself?
