Worst ever service.

Once paid, No one is scheduling the call for further schedule and tutoring

No one is picking the call. This is so annoying.

I have gone with 60 classes. Not even one class is scheduled.

Teacher is not taking the class. Very disappointing.

I am very fed up with customer service. Nobody answers the call.

I would say you wasting your money as well as time. They only focus on making new client but once you enroll they dont care about you. Im trying to reach them from one week called relationship manager as well as emailed on help Turito but no one responded

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My main contention of not quality service has now been responded with a dedicated manager to resolve my queries and address wastage of classes due to unnecessary class cancellation

When I expressed my dissatisfaction on their customer service and asked for refund the response was absolute silence for weeks and no one will pickup the calls

The customer service went from bad to worse and therby resultimg in loss of classes for my kid

Not receiving any email regarding training process
