The tutors keep cancelling 5 mins before the session. The relationship manager Vaishnavi is the worst to deal with.

- Before the demo, we were contacted daily; after payment, no contact.
- Four days trying to reach them; no response; paid for 60 classes.
Till the demo is scheduled, we were been chased up daily 5-6 times but once fee is paid then no one contacted us. Additonally I have tried reaching them for past 4 days but no response.
No one is picking the call. This is so annoying.
I have gone with 60 classes. Not even one class is scheduled.

I would say you wasting your money as well as time. They only focus on making new client but once you enroll they dont care about you. Im trying to reach them from one week called relationship manager as well as emailed on help Turito but no one responded

- Refund request was met with weeks of silence and unreturned calls.
- Customer service deteriorated and led to my child missing classes.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My main contention of not quality service has now been responded with a dedicated manager to resolve my queries and address wastage of classes due to unnecessary class cancellation
When I expressed my dissatisfaction on their customer service and asked for refund the response was absolute silence for weeks and no one will pickup the calls
The customer service went from bad to worse and therby resultimg in loss of classes for my kid

Not receiving any email regarding training process
- Email on Saturday 17th of August said I cleared the written test and interview.
- Turito hasn't contacted me about training; 7 days have passed.
I received email on Saturday 17th of August regarding clearing the written test and interview but after that turito team cannot contact me regarding training process and I am still waiting for last 7 days. I just want to know what's the process and how much time it takes
