Turf Technologies - Tech killed 75% of grass. Company admits they did it

Contacted them. They agree damage was from their tech who spread too much fertilizer.

75% of grass dead. Their resolution will not work. Dead grass needs to be removed with sod remover and new grass put down . Damage too extensive to just slice and seed areas like they want.Tried emails to president and no response from him.

Sent photos with no answer. Two other lawn companirs state slicing will not work due to extensive damage

Killed my lawn

I had Turf tech maintain my lawn they were supposed to fertilize, *** prevention, lime and bug control.every time the came they fed lawn but didn't do a *** control said they would return and do the *** prevention.finally I was home and mentioned to the tech about the *** control.he went nuts with the sprayer and did front and rear 4 days later the both lawns were almost all dead except for the weeds.i called and the boss or forman said it was due to the heat.thats not true because during that heat I watered every day front and rear for hours.i have proof from all my neighbors about how much time I spent on my lawns.they also sent me bills and refused to pay then finally I agreed to pay 100$ and they agreed.after I paid that money they still tried to charge me more for killing my lawn

Slow poor work ethic masonry company

Turf Technologies took eight months to build a patio that should have taken 3-4 weeks. The staff would show up to smoke, sleep in trucks, lay one paver and go home or not show at all.

it was like pulling teeth to get results out of them. They were undertaffed and would offer discounts for their lazy system of work instead of doing a job in a timely fashion. What's worse is when you bring these issues to the woner's attention, he concedes what you say and is apathetic about it! In this economy I would like to think that every job counts and that every customer counts.

Unfortunately they dont see it that way and could care less.

I have no idea how they continue to get jobs. There are consumer comlpaints on merchant circle and with the Better Business Bureau.
