NO TURF NO MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered from turf growers on the 28th July 2016 we ordered 50m2 of turf it looked great and reviews of this site were good we ordered it for next day delivery and payed the £14.99 for that request.
Its now Tuesday the 2nd and still not turf and no refund,we had a delivery man turn up on the eve of Friday 5.45pm to be exact saying he couldn't get access to my house having only tried one of the 3 roads to access my house i find this is unacceptable and is not good enough for them to stay they can't gain access to the property having not done all they can.
Now the company have said that me and my partner are liable for any costs and are not going to get any turf delivered I'm left with a garden thats no complete two very upset children,and £200 out of pocket our only option is now to go to trading standards and get our lawyer to look over the problem and get our money back for us.
Very unsatisfied very upset and as a customer I've been treated like *** and hope in the future i never have to experience anything like this again

Turf Growers UK - Avoid like the plague
I bought turf from Turf Growers UK (AKA Quality Garden Supplies Ltd) and paid extra for next day delivery. I was contacted and told there was a problem, could they deliver it the day after.
I was promised a morning delivery - it wasn't.
Despite their error, not once was I offered an apology or refund, in fact, when I complained, Helen told me off and hung up!
She quoted all these T&C's (which legally have no ground) but it was obviously well rehearsed from previous complaints. Do yourself a favour - buy your turf from a professional company!
