- - As of 2/3/2020 no updates; 3 emails unanswered; charged $96.34.
I placed an order on Wednesday 1/29/2020 via the Shopify.com Turbo Cooker website for a 4pc Turbo Cooker set for $79.99 plus shipping and handling. After I placed the order that day, I received an order confirmation email.
The order confirmation is my only proof of the transaction.
As of today Monday 2/03/2020 I have not received an Order Update or Order Shipped confirmation.
I've sent (3) email inquiries with no reply. Now I'm very concerned that I was charged $96.34 but no Turbo Cooker is being shipped.
The $96.34 charge has been taken out of my card already....HELP PLEASE

I have just worn out the Teflon on my 4th turbo cooker. The utility of the pan is unquestioned but let's be honest, they are cheaply made and should sell at $20 for an incredible margin. Too bad I love the design.

The turbo cooker I have you use on the stove. It has the domed top with a valve on the top.
I love mine, in fact I`m wearing off the surface inside. Trying to find another one but saw one on Amazon and they wanted $150 used. I only paid $59 years ago at Target. I bought one for my son and he loves it too.
I will keep my eye open hoping to find another one.
Every recipe I have tried I have liked. Once I saw it on TV I need I would like it

I purchased a turbo cooker many years ago at Walmart for $69 I love my turbo cooker - the surface is worn and I am afraid to use it now due to pieces of the surface will end up in my food. I am looking for another one and cannot find something reasonable.
I prefer to defrost my meats in water rather than leaving them out to defrost and or using the microwave. I made lots of things in it - my best dish being thin slice beef tips - from frozen to fried in no time.
I am looking for an exact turbo cooker like the one I had - not a copy cat product. My mistake was not having bought another to store - because it sure did last a very long time with my daily use!!!!!!!

Turbo Cooker, It Does Not work, and It Sucks !
- - Bought Turbo Cooker from TV ad; got 2 units and no instructions.
- - No cooking guidance for frozen meats; wasted time and the cooker was smashed outside.
I purchased the Turbo Cooker from the TV ad when it first came out. I recieved 1 extra free Turbo Cooker ( so now I have 2 that are useless ), I also recieved 4 Recipe Cards, and NO Instructions.
When I called to complain, and asked about the frozen meats, and how to cook them, they had NO Idea! After WASTING Food, and a lot of time I finally took The Turbo Cooker outside, and SMASHED it with an 8 pound Sledge Hammer. ( Did that ever feel good! ) I still have the second Turbo Cooker in the unopend box, IF ANYONE WANTS TO BUY IT FOR $ 20, plus shipping, I would sell it in a Heart Beat, what a Scam!
I am probably going to Grow a plant in it, to bad there aren't any LEMON PLANTS!
My advice is DON'T BUY ONE... EVER !!!!!!

You do not get two complete sets. Also, the DVD indicates the plus model includes the mesh stack rack which you do not get at all. The so called second set does not include the steam rack nor spring form pan even though the picuture shows you two sets with same items of base, lid, rack and pan. Click on the feature button and set is to include base, lid, rack and pan.
The plus is to include the mesh stack rack so this is an earlier version of "Turbo Cooker" not the plus. See ripoff.com

I just started using my second turbo skillet. I wore the first one out using it daily.
My problem is that as I was lifting this new one, the handle broke in the middle. Unfortunately the design has changed and I can't just exchange the old handle for the broken one. I have searched but cannot find a contact number to get information on a replacement handle. I am using the pan with it's little broken but obviously this is tricky and probably not the safest.
I would so appreciate a contact number or any directions you can give me purchase a replacement handle.

I just learned of this web site, I am the inventor of the Turbo Cooker and I wish to add my 2 cents so to speak.
First these were sold by a licensee not us directly but the 2 for 1 offer was VERY clear, you got a 2nd Turbo cooker which is the base and cover the rack and cake pan were bonus items the idea behind the 2 for 1 was for the user to have 2 units that they could cook in, not one for a gift - that was called the friends and family package so before someone complains they should clearly review what the offer was that they bought.
2nd we have 1.8 million users, go read the reviews of people who actually use the product it works - if someone was missing the cards they could have sent me a email I would have happily sent them recipes.
As far as cooking with frozen meats it is clearly explained in the guide.

Yeah,,we have been using turbo cooker in the philippines,,,the taste of chicken and pork makes a big difference compare when we cook it in the oven,,,its very juicy and tasty and the fats really melt down,,so there is less fat left on the meat. Im planning to get one here in UK.

For the life of me I can't understand how anyone could part with a Turbo cooker. I consider it one of my must haves.
I buy them at thrift shops to share and have a spare.
If they seem alittle large or cumbersome to have around believe me their worth the space they take up. Look at other reviews on the internet too.
I will buy it off of you for the $20 plus shipping.
