Slow customer service Randburg branch
First time experience as a demonstrator, I usually submit my order via pre-paid. Today I had the order that I wanted to submit but I was advised that I can come through and buy at the Tupperware office as long as I have my bank debit card. The service was bad as I had to wait for more that an hour as the ladies helping to process the orders were playfull, distracting each other. I was number 8 at the queue but the waiting was long.There are 3 computers in the office but only two ladies were doing processing. I would suggest that we as demonstrators should be given priority and be assisted quickly. And be given a smile and respect.

I placed an order with Tupperware mid June with a woman called Bulelwa Yumata who is employed at Joshua Trust Northriding Johannesburg her cell 07387****, after waiting for more than 2 months I decided to cancel the order as I already paid the full amount, this woman is playing hide and seek with me, I like Tupperware so much but after this bad experience, I am not sure if I want anything to do with the company. kindly assist, Regards Nontle

Life Time Guarantee Gimmick
Hi I have bought Tupperware on many different occasion but the last 3 occasions the quality of the product is at its lowest. - First time the Microwaveable dishes have warped from the heat. - Second time one of the other dishes fell and cracked straight through. - And now the third time one of the handles on my square lunch tins have broken off. I must just also let you know by saying that the guarantee on my dishes were turned down because its so called not Tupperware's fault that what happened, happened. For the price that gets paid to purchase Tupperware its actually become a rubbish product to buy. And the life time guarantee sales gimmick it's also the biggest load of rubbish I have heard from anyone. Addis plastic is 90% thinner than Tupperware but is better in the long run as thin never warps or even cracks and breaks. GUESS WHAT: NO MORE WILL I WAIST MONEY ON PURCHASING RUBBISH FROM TUPPERWARE AGAIN. Surely with all these complaints there should be a CEO with a back bone to sort all this out and if not I suggest you start looking for another job because really. L.Middleton

UNHAPPY WITH THE END RESULT
BuyingTupperware has become as has become very costly. Tupperware Southern Africa is going from Bad to Worse. The Navy Blue colour is a total disaster. You need to look into it, as i bought navy lunch boxes and the colour is leaving spots and the lids are very loose after a few use. I always bought tupperwear for years and this is the first time i am very disappointed with the quality. kindly look into it and advise me what can be don,as it is very untidy to carry lunch when we paid a price to last for years as promised by tupperwear . Very disappointed after supporting tupperwear all my life. carol
