Customer Service will not respond
- - Cannot select United States as a tunnel; only Fastest is shown.
- - Overseas; some sites require USA access; customer service not responding.
Requested a response three times from customer service. Never heard a response.
Using my Windows laptop, I am unable to select United States as a tunnel (it only allows Fastest) while I am overseas. Some websites I use only allow access from the USA.
I have asked for assistance numerous times from customer service but never get a response. If

Cancel accout and stop payment

I upgraded subscription 6/28/24 because I could not get connected to tunnel bear and my devices have been left unsecured.
When I try to turn tunnel bear on, it now says, you are out of data!
Your connection is no longer secure. I tried to Restore purchase and got could not restore purchase-Subscription is active in another account ( with same email.?.) a quality phone customer service would help me get my security back AND WOULD BE THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT
