I'm really struggling with how to use TuneFab's Spotify Music Converter. The instructions on their web site don't match my screen and there are no matching YouTube videos to help me.
I wanted to call them for help but of course there is no way to do that. Guess I'll cancel.

- Is the registration number the same as the license number?
I was contacted by Tunefab and they said they would send me a new license key. Then they wrote and asked for detailed info about my system. It’s been days and I’ve not gotten my new license key.
I dont seem to be able to access my account on Tunefab. It informs me that my registration numbers are incorrect.
My account should be valid into November 2023.
The software asks for my registration number.
Is that the same as my license number?
Please help me restore my Tunefab. This is for MacBook Pro.

User's recommendation: I had a disc that I wanted to quickly put on my computer. My license code no longer worked. This company has no phone support and no chat support. So, I sent several emails to them. After a few days, they responded telling me they’d assign a new license to me. So far that has not happened.
Useless junk app with zero customer service
App doesnt do what it claims and replying for support vis email is useless no one will return a messagedo not recommend at all

- Advertised DRM removal for iTunes; audiobooks claimed to be supported; after purchase, files had staccato playback; refund denied; no contact info.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Partial refund was issued with a $4 deduction stated as due to this being an "overseas purchase" I believe this to be a bogus excuse to withhold part of the refund so I am not completely satisfied. I would not purchase from this company again!!!.
I downloaded a program that is advertised as removing drm from protected audio files in iTunes. Advertising on the web site states it works for audiobooks.
I purchased the software and converted file had staccato playback with skipping. Attempted 3 times with same results. My system and iTunes was compatible. I deleted the corrupt files and uninstalled the program and notified the company via email immediately.
After numerous back and forth emails they stated that I did not qualify for a refund because I should have used a trial version before I made a purchase!!!! This is not stated on their website!!! The customer service is poor, takes days for a response!! Live and learn!
My first clue should have been that they do not provide a physical address, location of the company or a phone number to contact.
Stay away from this company!!!! The don't even deserve 1 star
