Tunefab

I was contacted by Tunefab and they said they would send me a new license key. Then they wrote and asked for detailed info about my system. It’s been days and I’ve not gotten my new license key.

I dont seem to be able to access my account on Tunefab. It informs me that my registration numbers are incorrect. My account should be valid into November 2023. The software asks for my registration number. Is that the same as my license number? Please help me restore my Tunefab. This is for MacBook Pro. Thank you Jonathan Osborn osborn@***.edu

User's recommendation: I had a disc that I wanted to quickly put on my computer. My license code no longer worked. This company has no phone support and no chat support. So, I sent several emails to them. After a few days, they responded telling me they’d assign a new license to me. So far that has not happened.

Wrong product

I had ordered three printed shirts but in the parcel I found worst clothes in cash on delivery.The clothes is so old and damage.I am so upset to receive this type of parcel

Useless junk app with zero customer service

App doesnt do what it claims and replying for support vis email is useless no one will return a messagedo not recommend at all

Resolved: No refunds even for defective software

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Partial refund was issued with a $4 deduction stated as due to this being an "overseas purchase" I believe this to be a bogus excuse to withhold part of the refund so I am not completely satisfied. I would not purchase from this company again!!!.
