Pushy & not satisfied with results

I miss my old shower and don’t like the remodel from Tundraland.I miss my glass door. Now my mirror steams up.I had a built in bench and since I am older and have issues with my back & knees I need that.
The sales girl ordered me a cheap little wobbly bench which is not safe to sit on and made me fall. My old shower was safer.
I lost my bench in m shower and after surgery it is dangerously. My mirror now strand up and it didnt before. My shower is less safe and I hate that the shower curtain sticks to me & it causes mirror to steam up. I need a solid bench for safety which is the most mportant thing, sales girl ordered wobbly bench on Amazon when we said I needed bench & it was important but she went online & ordered a cheap wooden bench that is not safe.
We hate the shower because it is less safe fan okd one & we sre in our 70s but Tundraland doesnt care. We hey high pressure until they get the sale & now we are stuck with something we hate!
