Terrible Customer Assistance

Changed my cellphone number and have asked them repeatedly to help me recover my accout to do their two factor authentication to no avail .

Can't login

I changed my cellphone number and now I cannot login to Tumblr . They are of NO help as I've repeatedly given them the new number so I can remove the old one to be able to do their two factor authentication which I never even asked for . They continuously reply back they have no record of my email that I signed up with , yet the send emails to it when I contact them . I've asked repeatedly for Tumblr to please change the number but to no avail . I mean its their website why can't they ???

Cannot get any support help from anyone at tumblr

Have sent several requests from tumblr website for help with a problem in mailing an image. No response from websites, no phone number works, no response to several emails nothing

Blog terminated

I had a blog with no nudity. No sexual content. No juvenile content. No bad language. Pretty much neutral. Without notice or email my blog of 5 years terminated. No response on help lines. Nothing. All my posts and followers are gone. What is wrong with these people???

Alex Noudelman - Tumblr Is a Breading Zone For Cyberbullies

This post was written by a supporter of Alex Noudelman and pissed consumer of Tumblr. Last March, Alex Noudelman was cyberbullied by internet trolls who submit articles to two or more sites in hopes of getting more money. When he refused to take down the article, they resorted to making *** and turds in mouth jokes and spoofing his emails. When Tumblr was notified, they told Alex Noudelman that they are protected by Communications Decency Act. In other words, they can care less about the material on their site because Barack Obama protects them from lawsuits. Cyber-bullying is much the same as regular bullying, but without any physical presence. It is defined as intentionally hurting someone by teasing, intimidation, rumour or exclusion. The case here. Cyber-bullying is happening more and more. It's the big thing now. So let's do everything possible to stop it. Support Alex Noudelman in his quest to beat the internet trolls.
