Tumbleweed Restaurant

I took my family to tumbleweed in Chillicothe Ohio. The lady seating people said it was going to be a wait as she swept dirt on my wifes shoes and no one waiting to be seated.

We waited for 10 minutes with 75% of the restaurant open for service for her to say its going to be awhile we only have two servers and Im not fighting with them to seat you and put a burden on them adding another person (literally said those words).

I spoke to the manager but by far the worst service Ive received at any restaurant. I couldnt believe this lady was the face of the restaurant as you enter for dinner with my family.

For over 15 years- about once a week my husband has eaten at Tumbleweed- - he always gets a Burrito - with meat and cheese- Queso on top with a side of tomatoes- And when I can I join him -- BUT THE MEAT SENT TO OUR TUMBLEWEED HAS GOTTEN WAY TOO SPICY- we have stopped going- the managers say they get a lot of complaints but the meat comes to them that way- we can no longer take our grandchildren to eat these burritos- Way too HOT-. A year ago they were spicy and we loved them - it is like 50 percent more spice was added or something-- you have lost TWO WEEKLY customers because meat is now too spicy hot - please change recipe by lowering the spice some

There was 5 of us at a booth. We each had a marquita.

Not being obnoxious in any way. I ordered a round of shot and a lg queso. A different waitres comes over and tells us were not for sure if we have 1800. I said didnt order 1800.

Well then our shots came and so did the Mgr. We hadnt had a chance to order food just yet. He says ...You ladies will need to order more food if you continue drinking. Well ok.

When Our bill came it was incorrect. I disputed the bill. He got mad and said hes wasn't changing nothing. I argued with him.

He said for us to leave or he was calling the police. I told him that was fine. 3 police cars came. We explained the situation.

3 of us took a test for dui. 3 of us passed.

This mgr was very unprofessional and showed lots of ignorance. "Tumbleweed in Shepherdville behind Cracker Barrel" Also I have left 2 messages for the corporate office with no return phone call.Do not

We ordered through GrubHub. Our order, which we placed at 5:40 PM (EST) was to have arrived by 6:20 PM.

We received a text from the delivery driver at 6:30 PM that the restaurant had told her twice that it would only be another minute. Finally at 6:50 PM we called the restaurant. I was put on hold for seven minutes only to find out that our food had been given to someone else and now they had to remake it. We finally received our food after 7:00 PM.

We were never offered any money off our order, no free chips or dessert, nothing. I called Tumbleweed's main office to discuss it and received no return call.

Apparently Tumbleweed could care less whether they offer poor customer service or not. So since they don't care, I will opt not to patronize their establishment again.
