I ordered a tumbler from their website and what I received not only was a different cup style, but the image on the cup was so blurry you couldn't read it and the pictures were just blobs. I reached out to customer service and they told me that's just how it looks. I told them it's not acceptable, I want a refund and was told I would have to pay to ship the cup back to Hong Kong to get a refund. Shipping the cup back is the same or more than I paid for the cup.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase from this website.
