Unbelievable
I had hired Shannon Shepard to operate the tumble fun bus for my sons seventh birthday. The price was roughly two hundred dollars for an hour and a half. Shannon confirmed with me about a week before. The day of the birthday party she did a no show. My son was devastated, I had 14 boys waiting to play on the bus that she had remodeled. I emailed her several times throughout the party, no response. My son was heart broken. Once I got home at around ten that evening, i noticed she had finally emailed be back, explaining that she had a emergency and that she would do a new party. I waited several days to respond so that I could handle this situation respectfully. Once I did I stated that she should have called or emailed, or she should have a back up driver. Her response was essentially spare me the lecture. To let an adult down is one thing but to let a child down is a whole new low. What a discusting thing to do.
