Hello friends, I have purchased a computer chair for my son, soon after unpacking bad smell coming out of the chair, the shop owner has promised for replacement for any defects while paying money, now he is not responding to my complaint. The great TUMBI brand new chair is now in the dustbin. Friend don’t trust these sell and forget brands, don’t believe their false promises, go for good brands who will give good after sales service. good brands will never give false promise and receive the customer complaint and will responds positively.. there we will get value for money ..
