Golf trip that was terrible

OK this year on May 25-27 **** I set up a golf trip like I do every year with about 12-20 guys a year. They had everything screwed up.
The girl at the counter didn't know how to help on anything. The shuttle buses were late and we missed our tee time. We all got left at the course for a hour after golfing in 90 heat because they went to the wrong course. They also over booked the course that it took us 7 hours to play 18 holes on Sunday.
With one beverage cart that the ranger laughed at when its 95 degrees and a Holiday weekend. I tried multiple times talking to the manager but they didn't even dare to talk to me on the phone, email... This place was awful!!
Stay away from this place we have people come from out of Michigan that could believe how they treat people. THIS WAS TERRIBLE!!
Preferred solution: Manager to talk to me and We should get something for what they did to us. It was awful!!
