Failure to honor life time warranty and replace defective parts.
Jeep center console made by Tuffy products had two defective parts I contacted the company asked them to replace the parts, and they refuse and stated we decided it has been too long after purchase to replace parts. How is it to long after purchase when warranty is lifetime for as long as it is still installed in the vehicle you originally installed it in which it is? Lifetime has no time limit period so these jokers welshed on their warranty refuse to stand behind their products.
User's recommendation: Buy Smitty Built products instead.
