The most horrible cell service and fishy customer service
My service never worked except maybe 1 our of every 10 times, and when it did, they download speed were so slow .... Sometimes 5 minutes for 1 webpage and when I approached them with the issue they insisted, "it seems to be working" and when I said we'll it is not , they said I wasn't due for any upgrades and that I could cancel for $150 which I was forced to do because my service was never working properly .... They ended up billing me $250 for cancellation and then after talking to them saying I was on top of my bills , even though the service wasn't working they insisted well its our policy to bill cancellations no matter how you feel about the service , if that is you want to stop... After being late on my $250 payment (lady said it would be $150) they added $200 bringing the grand,total to 450 to leave a service that was so bad all the time , I couldn't use it and the customer service that transfers you when they don't want to listen to your concerns or story.... Horrible , horrible, horrible!!!!!!

Unbelievably poor customer service! We have been working on a migration with them and get the slowest response, techs making poor decisions, like running an update mid work day and throwing everyone out, and not helping with anything unless they have a work order. One of the servers they manage for us, they will not even address an issue. Something has to change, this is probably the poorest service and response for anything I have ever seen in years in the IT business and customer service. Will never refer business to them. Would invest my own money into someone going into business as a competitor.
