Resolved: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
The receptionist lied to me on the phone. she said that she had spoke to someone and that I would be contacted by the end of the day as to the progress of my car.
NOBODY CALLED. I DO NOT APRECIATE BEING LIED TO!!!
Preferred solution: Apology
