I placed an order on January 6th, 2025 and contacted "Catherine" at Tucson Beads no less than 4 times to inquire about the delivery. Email and phone call) No response.

After several weeks of waiting, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. On February 22, 2025, the order was delivered. I have ordered from this company in the past, and they have sent the wrong materials. I was desperate for some clasps, which is why I decided to try them again.

After this experience, never again. They are not in Tucson or Colorado, but based in India.

I ordered some gemstones from Tucson Beads at Jul. 26/24, charged by card at 7-28/24 and did not received my order for few weeks, so I been asking for my order several times with no answer, finally I got email at 8-17/24 that my order is out of delivery.I received it at this day but not what I ordered at all.

They sent me some worthless junk instead my order, not as described when order confirmed and when been "delivered". I wrote about again, no answer at all.
