Didn't complete the work
He quoted me a price, came out for one day, I paid him half, and he has never returned to finish. After 3 weeks of unreturned phone calls and ignored texts, he still has not completed the job. Stay away!

Brandon Mann, a.k.a. "The Tree Mann" in Charlotte, NC was paid $2,000 in CASH for work that was only 1/3 completed.
He also refuses to provide a refund or a written receipt for the $2,000 cash after more than a month.
Cash business ... total scam.
