I would like to raise a concern about one of the employees.

When I asked an employee, he politely informed me that someone was fixing it. However, the individual working on it responded aggressively, asking why I was staring at him and using inappropriate language. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Additionally, on a previous visit while driving a rental car, I was told I could not pay by card and was refused service without cash. I find these experiences concerning and would appreciate your attention to this matter.

I came to the gate to enter the car wash but nothing happen gate didnt open, so I blew my horn to let the attendant no, why is the gate not opening so they open the gate I explained to them I paid my membership even show them my debit card receipt than after that I was told my membership for this truck was cancel I said no way than I started getting a lot of double talk which I didnt want to hear so this so called manager threaten me about calling the police so I said go head, but I didnt have time to wait.So about 30 minutes later the police called me asking me about what happen after that they told me the car wash cancel my membership, I AM PISSED OFF

Not taken responsibility for damage

I had my Mercedes R-350 washed today at the Tsunami car wash in Gurnee. When the car came out it had no longer the gas filler door attached.

One attendant walked the car wash and found it. Another one proceeded with me to my car where we observed what happened. He referred me to the owner who had to come down from his office and seemed to be annoyed that we disturbed him. Without going into detail, even looking at the car he dismissed that his car wash did anything and refused getting involved.

Damage is over a hundred Dollar for the part and repair. Never see me there for sure.

What a disappointment. Be aware.
