TSS Photography

I ordered a package including 4 5x7s. And 1 8x10.

All 5 pictures are blurry. The 8x10 is blurry and over enhanced and can see lines in the picture.

Seems I will have to take my own pictures of him for football. Very disappointing.

The main problem is the editing sucks! My daughters softball picture she looks bald.

And then when she played volleyball you could see these little white lines all round her head and the team picture the whole team looks like they are floating in the air. And then my sons football pictures were taken and the team photo has the bathrooms in the background! And then to top it all off my sons football and daughters volleyball pictures were taken the same day and I had to wait weeks to receive the volleyball pictures even though I received the football pictures weeks before. I had to email them to find out where my pictures were just to tell me “oh for some reason they are still sitting here in the cart and were never shipped.

I don’t know why.” Like really? If I hadn’t emailed I’d probably still be waiting! It’s just a sorry company all around.

We are hoping our school district looks into another photographer ASAP! Because all the parents my kids play sports with despise this company as much as we do.

Somehow TSS Photography got the contract for youth soccer photos at our YMCA. The day of the photos they show you some samples and offer a discount for a prepaid code.

I got one. Then when the photos are made available, you find out that the team photo, which is the one most people are interested in, isn't eligible for the digital photo package which I specifically told them is what I'm interested in on the photo day.

There was no mention of this restriction. I emailed them and called them and they did not respond. Eventually I gave up because the prepaid code was about to expire, and I redeemed it on the team photo 6" x 8" plaque.

Well I finally got it, and the photo quality is terrible.

It's too dark. Turns out 6x8 refers to the plaque size not the photo, which is a MINISCULE 2.5" x 4" centered in a low quality generic plaque.

Don't ever fall for this scam photography company.

they are not good. they charged me and i wait for one month for my son picture .

first i call one person, they moved call to second and i called third person. then i send it email with detail . they reply with shipping lost. i resent it today.

after that i ask for discount or complesation on my payment. he did not rwply me.

i send him email twice. no updatr yet.know i am canceling my order and get refund.

On the day of the picture, the photographer was not nice to the kids and also rude to the parents. To make matters worse, I ordered a team picture and my daughter's picture holding a soccer ball.

When the pictures came, I got my daughter's picture, however, the team's I received a picture of a boy's team that I don't even know!!!

I have left many voice messages, and sent an e-mail. TSS hasn't responded once!

I'm still waiting for the team picture that I PAID for!!!!!!

I won't be posting the pictures of the boys here as they are kids, I'm not authorized by the parents to post such pictures, after all , I don't even know them. If necessary for investigation, then I can share.

Waited 5 weeks to get my sons photos while he played in the National Flag Football Youth League. Got the photos and his name is spelt wrong and I am missing a photo.

I went over everything with the representative before payment. Im truly upset as some photos were to ve sent off to other family members.

we tried to re-schedule after our picture day got rained out and the date they arbitrarily gave us is after school ends when kids will not be around.. worst comunication ever.

they do ok if the schedule is ok, but last year, the pictures they took all our kids were leaning to the right, the camera was not level.. how amateurish!! we are getting our own photographer, bye tss,,!!!

Terrible customer service. My order was incorrect.

I called numerous times, left messages, and e- mails.

Not one was returned. I never received the photos that I ordered and I still am unable to get in contact with anyone at tss photography.

very rude, would not make corrections an order that was her mistake. team mom even called corporate and they could cared less about issue. i wasted my money only once to this company

The people working the event in miami lakes fl today are the rudest people i have ever encountered working with children. If tou are thinking of using them, think twice.

Very bad service. On more than one occasion year to year they are awful and overpriced in my opinion.

The TSS in the Southern Illinois area who primarily does youth basketball photos is unprofessional and rude, everyone has bad days but this guy is just silly, he tried to be rude with me and I cut him short in the conversation, for the price I expect better behavior

This is the worst company to get pictures from! My son (5yrs old) played on his 1st sports league Fall 2012 and the league used TSS photography for the pictures.

The pictures were taken in Nov 2012 and it is now Feb 2013 and we have not received our pictures and no one calls back from the company after I have called and left a few messages.

The receptionist said she didn't even see my son's pictures in their system. This is horrible service and sad that now I will not have any pictures of my son on his 1st sports team.
