My Sister and I went into TSB Peckham on 12th November 2025, to report our Mums death and close her account. The service for Bereavement was nonexistent, we were dealt with in the open area not in the privacy of an office.
The Clerk was annoyingly chewing gum the whole time and was not competent to deal with the account closure. He kept getting interrupted by the 2 nosey women, so we had no privacy.
The worst part is within the whole of Peckham TSB none of the printers had toner ink. None of the staff were allowed to use Adobe to get a digital signature from us to close the account.
Staff were not permitted to just buy emergency toner ink, so after a long ordeal we were sent away unsatisfied and told to return on Friday 14th when they may possibly have printer ink to complete our request. We totally wasted our time,when we had hoped for in person help.
I sent an email to their CEO Marc Armengol regarding this unacceptable and unprofessional experience, no response has been received.
Rather than help us, it has hindered us in dealing with our Bereavement.
It is not the first time we had bad service in the old TSB in Peckham, TSB is not customer friendly. It feels hostile. People getting sent away because they can't provide a service. There is just one counter.
No visuable private offices to interview customers. It nice and new but sterile.

Can't speak to someone directly keeps asking for card number.

I phoned up for a switching bonus alert that i had been prearmed with.The lady could not answer me when i made an allowance involving this.She repeated the same thing,which was what she was doing,3 times.& she became confused as to what i was talking about.I had to speak to another member of staff.She transferred me & when i got through,i found out it was their fraud department.I had to hang up,before it would affect my mental health,was the feeling they left me with
More telephone security numbers did not work,with the waiting to get them & use them,involving me there.I have just updated my phone number
By chance i found out 2 clearances had been given,for direct debits,that i had no knowledge of
Still unprocessed & a security breach has come to surface

Nothing has been done
A completely irrelevent & misleading.piece of advice,was given to me from a fraud team employee.A recognisable & unrecognisable,code was sent from them,through the post to me.& another unbelievable explanation,was given,as to why i should have to put up with a delay,using their online banking
For a who knows why reason.The fraud email team,do not accept any kind of responsability,when you have a fraud matter.To turn to (help?).It is the same language,that a prime minister uses.All the way throughout,was like listening.Instead of hearing
A new code has been given to me,which i didn't ask for.I can't update my details without it.& i was transfered to an empty phone line,on my network provider
On the customer/consumer phone line the next day.I had to work very hard to have the misfortune,to speak to 2 different employees.I did not have a chance to remember 1 very important detail,until i was nearing the end of the conversation.i also realised the chance had been denied to me,since early evening,the day before.Many a time i used up some reserve patience,in order to correct & focus them back onto,the task(s) that i phoned them up for.With the expectation,of receiving the help i nedeed.In the moment of asking to speak to a manager,i almost immediately realised,that there is not really a reason,why there is not a manager there that day,being Christmas time.& then i was given a very promising effect,that i would be guided to the end of my journey.As long as i kept my end of the bargain.This then broke down,bit by bit,regular as clockwork.Until i had to hang up the call

My new telephone banking security number does not work,i found out today.Nor was my memorable information recognised.Neither can i update my phone number,or complete my online banking registration.I was told they can only try my details once,before transfering me.Then i was told i will have to wait for another security number to be sent to me.By the other operative.I had to argue him into silence to receive a text with a new number,for which i have to wait 3 days.In order to be able to use it.So halfway there in 3 days time,for something that has been going on for 7 weeks
No response to the online banking fault & i do not need a telephone banking security number
2 times was needed to report a few fraudulent transactions.& i have to ring a seperate number to find out more about having a balance & available balance at the same time
A £117 of my money went missing from my account.& they will not make 1 single effort to record or replace it
An branch agent told me i do not need an internet banking activation code,after i had ordered 2 of them.& a fraud agent,told me i had to wait 7 days for a declined payment.To release itself back into my control,because it's a pending.With the air,this is perfectly natural

Machine kept card
I've been waiting for 8 working days but my new card still hasn't arrived. I checked with the Royal Mail Depot, but there was nothing there. So, where is my card?

Money was transferred out of my account on telephone banking by a TSB member of staff to an obsolete reference number with Plum Fintech on 4 April 2024.
It did not reach my account with Plumb.
TSB submitted a request to Plumb to return the cash which Plumb advise me they did 6 days ago. This money has not appeared in my account.
I have rung TSB over 12 times to try and sort this out but I get no communication from TSB at all about what action is being taken to reimburse my money.
Plumb requested what information TSB need to locate the returned money. This has been requested by me from TSB but nobody replies to my enquiry.
I consider that the correct duty of care was not taken by the TSB member of staff on the original transfer.
I have made a formal complaint but nobody has got back to me on this either.
I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT.

I use to bank with tsb. Nationwide lloyds Halifax bank of scotland.
For the first few weeks fine. I noticed large amounts of money taken out money going out. From my bank. When I asked why.
They said I owe money on loans and credit cards. I didnt have any credit cards or loans with them.
I lost £80.000 savings and £18.000 in my bank. When the money was taken they closed my bank accounts

Hello. Iv been ringing few times to TSB but no reply.Iv registerd a LPA for my Uncle.
I live quite few miles away from a TSB Bank.
Liescester is there main branch were he lives. Do I have to take the LPA personaly or can I send it registered post or is there a separate address I can send it to please?
