Invalid next day delivery
Offers next day delivery on items not eligible for next day delivery, apparently puts it in t & cs that all products bar this one is included in next day and I should have seen that. Only found this out after calling customer services.
Informed it is infancy my fault, not their clearly subpar website. But dont worry guys, theyll refund the difference for postage as a sorry for sitting in the house for two days waiting for something that hasnt even been dispatched.
Rubbish company with zero care for customers.
Customer service is a joke. Dont buy the cheap crap here, trade depot much better to deal with.

Do not make the same mistake I did!
I would not recommend purchasing large furniture items through delivery with TSB Living. I've been waiting for over a month to get our couch.!!!
The communication with their team regards to this was terrible.
They almost sent my order to a completely different address!
How embarrassing for the company that the Main freight truck driver picked up on their mistake instead of themselves! What if the owners who live at that wrong address accepted the delivery and kept my couch that I paid for!!?

I've ordered a caravan cover 14th September confirmed address still hasn't turned up rung and told me they sent email I still owe 18 dollars delivery who do I pay this to can't get any sence out of person on phone they state free delivery I don't mind paying but who where I think I will cancel my order and go else where I would like my money refunded to my acc you have had it for over 2weeks really pissed at this experience

Brought a Rolla Mid- Sleeper bed frame for my little girl. Tsbliving addressed it to the wrong address.
Slats and curtains came from Auckland and bed frame from Christchurch. One of the legs was faulty, had the holes in the wrong place. One of the side boards was bowed and two areas cracked where the screw goes in. The screws to fasten the slats were rusty and wore easily when screwing in as did the tool to screw in with.
Very flimsy, will have to secure with extra wood as I don't trust it. Is not strong at all.
Will never buy from tsbliving again. Very disappointed.

Purchase of faulty fridge
Purchased med fridge for our Christmas storage on the 9th Dec. Had it for just over week and it wasn't chilling ice box and not working to its full capacity went through number emails 33 in total.
with photos as requested waiting for emails back took a lengthy time. (Cutting a very long story short.) They arranged for pick up had their technician look at it. Email back a reply it was working fine. We definitely know it wasn't but it became our word against theirs.
Total we payed for this was $265 + $80 delivery Because we felt we were out of district customers we couldn't even go to tsb to see if they were telling us the truth. We definitely know it wasn't working properly. Ended up buying another one else where. Same size Wow you noticed the difference.
We know are correct but as said our word against theirs. At the end they called it change of mind so we only got back $219 of what we payed for. This wasn't change of mind as would have keeped it had it been working fine.
Very disappointed with tsb and frustrated with the out come. Have keeped all emails and photos if required to read

Faulty bar fridge
Brought bar fridge of tsb living.Had just on a week. Didn't work to its Full capacity and Wasn't even keeping drinks cold.
Ice box Wasn't even chilling up. They Arranged for return.They
Got their technician to check it.And insisted it was working fine. Had a long disagreement with them, as explained if it was working fine Wouldn't of returned it and keep it. Long story short after sending in photos as requested showing no ice build up in ice cube dept etc.
Needing one for Christmas we had to go and buy another one from mitre 10. Same size etc. Wow what a diffence in performance of cooling etc. Sent photo to them as we were still trying get this matter sorted.
But they still insistent their one was not faulty. They called it change of mind return. Paid $345 with delivery and only refunded $219 loss of $126.
Never again will I deal through this company.
Customers please be aware. Recommend to just by local.

Very disappointing trades
I brought a couch and when we put it in our house and sat down one of the legs broke. It said on the website it had been fixed but definitely had been and was done very poorly.
The guy at the office where we picked it up from was not very helpful and took ages to get our stuff. I also ordered a set of drawers and they also took a long time to collect when I got there. I came home to set them up and had one of the key parts missing. I called them multiple times with no answer and then emailed with no reply.
It took me 2 days to get in contact with them and sort a replacement. I then got the part and put the drawers together and now the drawer is stuck and I am unable to get it out.
These products are not very good quality and I am very disappointed in them. I will not be buying from here again and I encourage others not to either.
Preferred solution: Sort out the quality and customer service, very disappointing
